This customer is from Oman and in need of an automatic shrink wrapping machine for their frozen chicken box wrapping, it's 3 ply. corrugated carton box with the size 583mm * 390mm * 110mm. For the chicken packing, each chicken individully packed in polybag and 10 chickens in one carton, each carton weighing from 8kg to 14kg. And the wrapping film is LDPE film with 80 micron. Speed requiring 6 to 8 cartons/min, additional requirement machine made of SUS304.

According to these requirements, we offered applicable sleeve sealing and shrinking packing machine, film shrink tunnel, outfeed conveyor and infeed conveyor accordingly. And also a list of usual consumable pare parts that have to be changed regularly for 2 years.
