This customer is from Pakistan whom is an professional agent for pharmaceutical equipments, they're in need of an high speed cartoning machine for pharmaceutical bottles 30ml, 60ml and 120ml.

The corresponding box size as below :

30ml bottle packed in box size 81 * 39 * 39mm, 60ml bottle packed in box size 105 * 45 * 45mm, 120ml bottle packed in box size 125 * 50 * 50mm, and the carton box is crush bottom.

Also the batch printing function required, which printing the batch and production date etc details on the top flap by inkjet printer, so inkjet printing machine needs to be equipped accordingly.

Speed required must be stable at 100 carton boxes/min, according to these requirements , we offered the auto cartoning machine accordingly.
