Cartoner for cookies packing

This customer is from Canada specialized in food industry, and in need of  cartoner to pack their cookies products with the following features:

1. The cookies size is 60mm in diameter and 15mm in thickness, with weight of 38g. And packed in bag, the bag size is 95mm length, 70mm width and 17mm thickness, single bag weight 40g;

2. The cookies are packed into bag by pillow packing machine with speed 100-150bags/min, and for cartoner, requiring 6-12 bags cookies/box, and customer require cartoner speed reaching 30-6o boxes/min;

3. Box seal by hot glue, and hot glue machine should be famous brand, which we recommend Nordson from USA to them;

4. The cartoner should be connected with their automatic pillow packing machine for line running, we required the output details of the pillow packing machine and design the automatic connection accordingly;

5. Also asked a sleeve wrapping film shrink chine for option, they're under considering this set machine.

According to these requirements, we made the quotation and drawing accordingly.
